Residual Income
Every policy you write continues to pay you. Renewal income begins in month 13, and after 10 years of service, your renewals are 100% vested for life — a career-defining asset that keeps paying as long as premiums remain in force.
Training System
A structured, proven training system that takes new team members from licensed to producing — with hands-on support every step of the way.
Phase 1
In-office, structured instruction covering presentations, products, scripts, and the worksite enrollment process. Attendance is tracked and progress is reported to leadership.
Phase 2
Observation to full participation — side-by-side field work with an experienced agent. You learn the worksite process, rebuttals, and closing techniques in real environments.
Phase 3
Ongoing product training, webinars, and Globe Life University programs (101–401) that support our team at every level — from first year through Agency Owner.
The Worksite Model
Our team works in the worksite market — meeting with business owners and HR directors to offer supplemental benefits to their employees. It is a B2B model built on service, relationships, and a straightforward presentation system.
We partner with HR directors and business owners to help them retain employees, protect families, and offer tax-advantaged benefits through Section 125 payroll deduction.
We meet individually with each employee using a needs-based approach. We offer two no-cost introductory benefits and present competitively priced coverage that fits their budget.
