The Career Track

Six Levels. Performance Drives Everything.

Advancement in the Globe Life Liberty National Division system is entirely merit-based. There is no waiting in line, no seniority system, no political ladder. Your production, your persistency, and your leadership of others determine when and how fast you move.

Career Agent

Entry Level

Learn the products, build your client base, master the worksite process. Advancement based on AP production and persistency metrics.

Supervising Agent

2–6 Months

Begin building your team. Recruit and mentor new team members, attend Globe Life University 101, maintain personal production while developing others.

General Agent

6–12 Months

Lead a team of Supervising Agents. Drive recruiting systems, coach performance, attend Globe Life University 101 and 201.

Agency Director

12–18 Months

Manage multiple GAs and SAs. Accountable for agency-wide culture, recruiting, and development. Globe Life University 301 and 401.

Regional Agency Director

18–24 Months

Advance multiple Agency Directors. Grow satellite locations and expand your team's reach across the market.

Agency Owner

Typically 2+ Years

Own your agency. Be in business for yourself, but not by yourself — full corporate infrastructure, highest residual income potential, and convention qualification on your team's results.

Monthly Renewals

Receive renewal income each month on every in-force policy you have ever written.

10-Year 100% Vesting

After 10 years, your renewal income is 100% vested — paid to you for life on all policies that remain in force. A career built here is also a retirement built here.

Globe Life University — 101 to 401

Intensive 3-day leadership programs held at The Venue — a state-of-the-art facility at Globe Life headquarters in McKinney, TX. Each level is unlocked as you advance through the career track and covers progressively advanced management, recruiting, and business-building skills.

Direct Mentorship

Our leadership team has built markets in Alabama, Tennessee, and now DFW from the ground up. That experience is available to every member of our team through direct coaching, field work, and ongoing accountability — not just at the management level.

Globe Life University AO Bullpen

For agents on the path to Agency Ownership, the AO Bullpen program provides specialized preparation — advanced management systems, business planning, and the qualification review process required for final promotion.

National Convention & Recognition
